"Professional, friendly, thorough and responsive. Daniel at the office is very easy to deal with and it is clear that customer service is a top priority. Our clothes dried faster after the dryer vent was cleaned and the house is less dusty after the air ducts were cleaned so clearly they did their job. The service guys even put booties on whenever they entered the house without me having to ask them to do so. Some parts were missing from our outside dryer vent after the job (the flaps that keep critters out, etc.), but I called the following Monday to let Daniel know and he sent his guys back that day and they fixed the problem. I did not have to fight with them to have this done, which was a breath of fresh air."

Very courteous and professional. Replaced all of furniture they had to move. Brought the vent covers outside and cleaned them."
